Amelia Donkor

Amelia is an actor, writer and facilitator blending creativity and community to help us all communicate better across difference . She trained at LAMDA and has a first-class MA in Gender, Media and Culture from Goldsmiths. Amelia has worked across theatre & television, as well as leading corporate training, voice workshops and women’s circles. With 15 years’ experience supporting learning & development teams in London and globally, Amelia is passionate about story-telling and discovering new ways to learn. Blending her career in the arts and the corporate world, Amelia’s training style is warm & engaging, always asking delegates to look at the hidden part of the story. Amelia has worked with major financial institutions, law firms and tech companies across the world, in addition to public sector clients in the UK. Sessions cover crucial elements of performance management, delivering with impact and leadership skills, but her biggest focus is always on diversity, equity and inclusion.
