Huma Qazi

Huma is the Founder & Principal Consultant at The Privilege Project, New Inclusion, and Synergies; brands owned and managed by Huma Qazi Limited, a management consultancy that specialises in strategy, leadership conferences & programmes, the future of work, diversity, and inclusion.

Huma has 30 years of international Supply Chain, HR and D&I experience across her corporate and consulting career, working with global organisations in the corporate world and her own business. Huma worked in global senior HR roles with major oil, gas and energy companies such as BP and Eni. She was the Head of HR within the energy commodities trading division of both organisations with responsibilities spanning North America, UK, Europe, Middle East and APAC.

Huma consults for clients across sectors on diversity, inclusion, people and culture change for delivering greater impact. She designs bespoke conferences and learning experiences for her clients around the world. Huma’s business model is based on innovation, simplification and excellence. She uses the art of storytelling for creating unique and immersive learning programmes with proprietary scripted and filmed content that is both relevant and relatable. Huma has an MBA in Marketing, MSc in HR, is an NLP Practitioner and is Accredited for Facet5 personality profiling. She has been exposed to diverse cultures and nationalities with her upbringing, personal life and her international career. Her mother-tongue is Persian and she speaks several languages either fluently or at intermediate / basic level. She was born in Pakistan, grew up in the U.A.E and has worked/lived in USA, Canada and the UK. Huma is based in London.
